Pineal gland detox and activation I have experimented with alot of things. I will now post a list of things to aid pineal detox. 1. Meditate on pineal gland and visualize it glowing in white golden light and feel it tingling in the center of your brain. Raise kundalini, do om meditation, and chakra meditation. Do this Everyday. 2a. Avoid all things fluoride. Such as: Tap water, cooking with tap water, fluoridated toothpaste, inorganic fruits and vegetables, showers with out filter, and any sodas and artificial food and drinks, and red meat. 2b. Thing you can do about it. Only drink spring, distilled, or reverse osmosis purified water. Buy a shower filter, go to whole foods and buy organic fruits, veggies, and toothpaste without fluoride. 3. Pineal gland detoxers and stimulants. Vitamins: Chlorella spirualina, blue-green algea, Cilantro, iodine, shilajit, cystine, blue skate liver oil, monoatomic gold. Foods: raw cacao, goji berries, watermelon, bananas, hemp seeds, seeweed, and noni juice. 4. Natural entheogens (not for everyone). Ayahuasca, Psilocybin Mushooms, peyote, changa, cannabis, and dmt. 5. Crystals. amethyst moldavite, quartz, herkimer diamond, and more look it up. Benifits 1. The reason the council is sharing this information is to enlighten us to a process that we will be undergoing that they call transference, which they say is “the energetic transfer of christed intelligence from your higher self to your lower three bodies”. Every single name is European. The only one with a sub-10% default possibility is Sweden, and they are not in the euro zone. That tells you something, doesn’t it? I think Warren Buffett is on to something. I like CDS as a gauge of market distress. For example, Belgian, French and Spanish CDS are at record highs. That tells you contagion is getting worse. But these sovereign CDS are products that are dangerous though. Europe has already eviscerated the sovereign CDS market with its ‘non-default’ in Greece. The Council on Foreign Relations blog thinks we should kill sovereign CDS off. Imagine life insurance contracts that wouldn’t pay off if officials declared heart attacks to be “voluntary.” Welcome to the world of sovereign credit default swaps, or CDSs. When the Greek debt deal was announced on October 27, the eurozone leadership insisted that the banks were taking a 50% write-down “voluntarily,” meaning that Greek CDS contracts would not be triggered. This was done to protect official creditors like the ECB and IMF, to avoid rewarding speculators, and to prevent possible financial contagion. In response, Greek CDS prices plunged 20 percentage points. Policymakers didn’t seem to care, but they should.

November 7, 2011…Greetings from the Federation: We wish to address faith with you. For most of you, faith is all you have. You have not seen us, not communicated with us, have no real knowledge of our existence outside of these messages. You have not been taken aboard our craft, have no real way of knowing whether any of the messages that have come through, be they from the Federation or from spiritual sources, or otherwise, are anything other than the imagination of those who write the words down on paper. Yet, you accept them because your heart tells you that they ring of the truth you have been denied from other sources. This is faith. It is no less powerful for you than it is for any one of a religious persuasion. And in that sense, you must always stay vigilant about what is heard from us and from those who would purport to be us and also from those who rightfully criticize these words as outsiders. You have taken on faith your task to move forward into the new age of existence. Either you will be proven right in the coming year or so, or you will have to re-evaluate everything that you are. Either way, you have woken up to a reality beyond your wildest imagination. A world not filled with static things, but of movable energies that coexist with your very existence. This is the true nature of reality and you must “sort it out” for yourselves.
